the place was beautifully appointed, with its competent staff from the bartender and manager to the luggageporter and receptionist. we had an outstanding meal at the authentic restaurant.

the restaurant here was great with many nice guests and good food and music, we both ordered hot dishes. the hotel was in a marvellous location, walking distance to a drugstore and a supermarket. there was hills and mountains walking distance to the place.

I loved the fantastic hospitality from the staff and the closeness to Riverside Park, made my walks enjoyable. The vibrant dining spots like Veda's Kitchen just a few steps away meant I could explore great local food effortlessly.

The staff were friendly, and they helped us when we needed assistance with our bags. Be careful with the laundry prices as they can be a bit steep.

Feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast selection every morning. We encountered a few issues with the hot water in our bathroom that could be improved.

The staff was cute, sharing local event details and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. The luxurious room was equipped with everything needed for comfort, including daily free water and coffee. The breakfast spread was somewhat limited, and while the spa services were a mixed bag, the overall experience was good and I would return.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast buffet had so many options, especially delicious egg dishes. The rooftop pool was beautiful and inviting. I could relax and enjoy the views. I also was super impressed by the massage services—they offer great discounts and the options were fantastic! I’d definitely come back again.

The hotel has a fantastic location just a minute's walk from the beach and numerous restaurants. Staff were very helpful, though the music from nearby markets was a bit loud at night. Some room facilities seemed to need upgrading, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The views from the rooftop pool were amazing, especially during sunset when the sky turned into vibrant shades of orange and pink. I loved enjoying a refreshing drink there, listening to cool music curated by Richard, the bar staff. Plus, the breakfast was a delicious spread that gave us the perfect energy for exploring nearby attractions every day.

The room's air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us in an uncomfortable, humid environment. A noticeable chemical smell lingered, likely from attempts to manage mold, made our luggage damp. Cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible mold and spiderwebs in corners suggesting a lack of thorough housekeeping.
